Accepting the "Most Christlike Award" for Basketball

We are again very proud of Will and his efforts in making the middle school basketball team at our school.  He was voted as a captain this year by his team mates.  He also received the "Most Christlike " award, again voted on by his team mates.  The coach introduced Will at our sports banquet with this:  "This kid is like sunshine to our team.  He does whatever you ask him and does it with a big smile on his face! I have had more than one coach from opposing teams that have commented what it would be like if only all their players could have the attitude and determination that Will displays in every game."  We are proud of the person our Will has become not only in his determination when playing sports,  but most importantly in the game of Life!    He has encouraged and inspired those who know him and many who have only watched him play.  Go WILL!

Will, congratulations. Attitude is most important as character is built one day at a time, by facing challenges with a Christlike attitude....that's the attitude you must have displayed....a true Champion! God Bless You,
Mr. Stover (I met you some years ago, you probably do not remember me, I look like Brad Pitt, play basketball like Jason Kidd, and think like Presidential candidate Barak Obama....meaning I have delusions of greadeur...)

Will,
Read my prior comment and let this be a lesson to you. Do not tell lies or you might misspell words, the proper spelling is 'grandeur'.
